MEMBERSHIPS: All
members receive access to our courses 7
days a week on a first come first served
basis.
THE
BOOKING PROCESS:
Booking
is very simple by following these steps:
1. Click on the "Go - book a tee time
link".
2.
Log in using your last name and password.
3.
Pick a course and day from our club list.
4.
(a) If course has Reservation Masters software
the
courses tee sheet will pop up and you choose
your tee
time and complete your booking online.
4.
(b) If course does not have Reservation
Masters
software your time will be defaulted to
8:00am. Complete your booking and then call
the course for a tee time. When you call
the course "identify yourself as a
GoGolf Club Member" and request a time.
If you do not get a time you can cancel
your booking online and start over.
5.
All fees will be billed by Reservation Masters
and
will show accordingly on all credit card
statements. Credit Cards will be billed
1-2 days after the day you golf.
THE
RULES:
1.
GoGolf Cancellation Policy. To cancel
your reservations without penalty, please
make the cancellation before 7 a.m. the
day prior to your scheduled round of golf.
For example, if your reservation is for
Saturday and you need to cancel then you
must do so before 7 a.m. Friday morning.
If you must cancel after this time then
there will be a cancellation fee of 50%.
If the golf course is closed for any reason,
you will obviously not be charged for your
reservation. Our policy is in place so that
reservations are not cancelled at the last
minute, unnecessarily, using up spots that
could be used by other members.
2.
Etiquette. You represent both GGC and
the rest of its members while on any of
our partner courses, so please respect standard
golf etiquette. This applies to dress code,
pace-of-play, fixing ball marks and divots,
etc.
3.
Punctuality. Tee off times are precisely
set based on date and time, volume of golfers
and other factors... so be on time. Get
to the course early and make sure you call
to cancel if you just can't make it.
4.
Membership Cards. As an GGC member,
you must produce your membership card at
the golf course. If you forget your card,
you will have to pay the full rate. GGC
memberships are non-transferable. You must
also produce your membership card to be
eligible for preferred rates with any of
our golf services partners.
5.
Lost or Stolen Membership Cards. If
you lose your membership card, please inform
GGC as soon as possible so that a replacement
card can be issued promptly.
6.
Method of Payment. All are payable to
GGC (not to the golf course) and your credit
card is charged within two weeks of booking
with GGC. Fees are payable by Visa/MasterCard
or in advance by cheque.
7.
Weather Related Cancellations. If you
arrive at the course and cannot play due
to weather, you can return home and send
an email to info@gogolfclub.com
to advise you did not play your round due
to bad weather. Once you tee off however,
we cannot give you a rain check and you
will be billed for the full member rate.
